Stop Your Clowning

In a personal injury lawsuit in New Orleans, a woman claims to have been seriously injured after being bumped into by a circus clown.

Plaintiff claims that she severely injured her shoulder when a circus employee (clown) knocked her into a camel cage. Plaintiff claims that the clown’s negligent actions were a direct cause of her injury, which required surgery to repair. She is seeking an unknown amount of damages for pain and suffering, medical expenses, loss of wages, loss of enjoyment of life, mental anguish and emotional distress.
